
Easy S'mores
Ingredients
3 tablespoons Jet-puffed Marshmallow Creme
1 1/2 teaspoons heavy cream
1/4 cup chocolate chips
3 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs
15 Athens® Mini Fillo Shells (1 box)
In a medium bowl mix marshmallow crème with heavy cream until smooth. Add chocolate chips and mix until evenly coated. Spoon a 1/2 teaspoon of the graham cracker crumbs into the bottom of each Fillo Shell. Fill shells with a heaping teaspoon of the marshmallow mixture. Arrange filled shells evenly on a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated 400°F oven for five minutes. Serve immediately.
Yield: 15 dessertsNote: Chocolate chips will retain their original shape but will be soft when eaten.
